The jam pot and tray and stamped with the green made in Japan Noritake M in wreath backstamp that was in use from the early 1920s until 1938. I guess that this is maybe a breakfast set. It is decorated in pale yellow and gold with raised red dots. The tray measures 7 1 4 in width and 2 7 8 in depth, while the jam pot
