This is completely different and certainly attractive but I prefer the power and depth of the Corton in this vintage

Powerful and rich, the 2007 possesses tremendous vinous intensity, buffered by low dosage that gives the wine ts sense if classic austerity. Orchard fruit, apricot, tangerine oil and white flowers develop with a bit of coaxing. The Celebris is a big, broad shouldered Champagne for the dinner table. Antonio Galloni
