Bradley Smoker Hickory Bisquettes x 120 Big Joe III To produce the bisquettesEach Bradley Bisquette lasts 20 minutes, so you use 3 per hour of smoking time, so a Pack of 48 gives you 16 hours smoking time, and a Pack of 120 Bisquettes gives you 40 hours of smoke. Every 20 minutes the motor in the smoker will send a new bisquette down on to the burner automatically. Hickory is a strong, hearty flavour, ideal for Poultry, Beef, Pork, Game, Water Fowl, Nuts and Cheese
