Vintage 1930s Black Velvet Dress - Rhinestones - Leg of mutton Sleeves vintage Florida scarf Sleeves: 20” long from theThis is a gorgeous 1930s dress made of black velvet with studded rhinestones at the center front. The velvet is really of a beautiful quality, I believe that it is silk velvet. The dress has a leg of mutton sleeves and the bodice does up with a zipper. There are four vertical rows of rhinestones to either side of the zipper that round the neck, punctuated with ten green rhinestones in a square form. It has mutton type sleeves and the dress is cut with
