This doesn’t have quite the same grace as the Combottes but it’s definitely a quality effort as it’s built-to-age and a wine that’s going to need at least half a dozen years of patience first while rewarding 15+

Anne Gros, Richebourg other_regions It should continue to evolveThis has begun to show the barest hints of secondary aromas combined with reserved but nicely complex fruit and full bodied, rich, solidly structured flavors with very good if not exceptional length. This has plenty of extract and should have no problem evolving well because the tannins are both round and reasonably ripe. That said, this is unlikely to ever completely shed its considerable tannic structure.
