This is a 3 cup (24 oz) capacity teapot made by Wood & Sons in their English Scenery blue and white pattern

but I would say that it should fit a medium sized head

and has with a depth of 2

The sleeves are bell shaped with an opening at the side that is closed with four buttons at the shoulder
