A beer with a tangy and fruity taste; a slight astringency accentuates its delicate flavor and finish. Rhubarb wine is a classic in Belgium, and the idea of ?? combining the tangy astringency of this vegetable with the drier acidity of Lambic seemed obvious. Bottled 23rd February 2026
