Hosta Ice Follies PPAF Physostegia self-propagation at its finestI really like this new discovery from hosta guru, Bill Meyer. Hosta 'Ice Follies' is a probable tetraploid mutation of the old standard, Hosta 'Antioch'. Hosta 'Ice Follies' is much smaller than its parent, forming a small 1' tall x 2' wide clump of pointed green leaves, with a very wide border that emerges gold and ages to cream. The clumps are topped with 2' tall spikes of light lavender flowers in early summer.
