It is in very good condition with the exception of ripped netting around the round beaded area on the right side (see last close-up photo) that would just need some reinforcing tulle on the back side

so it should fit a man that fits a US size 42-44

I believe that this tie dates either to the late 1960s or to the early 70s

The bakelite demonstrates no perceptible wear as the photos should bear out
