The glass has opaque white casing over a transparent blue base. The white glass is cut to oval shaped windows and is hand painted with flowers and leaves surrounding a larger rose, in colours of blue, green, yellow, and red. It is also accented in metallic gold paint. The decanter has a similarly cut stopper. The piece measures 13 in height to the top of the
