Expansive dark berry and floral scents are complemented by suggestions of vanilla, smoky bacon and exotic spices. Juicy and broad in the mouth, offering appealingly sweet blackberry, cherry cola and mocha flavors supported by a core of smoky minerality. The vanilla and floral notes repeat on a long, smooth finish framed by sneaky, even tannins. One third new oak. Josh Raynolds
