RESERVED Vintage 1980s Striped Silk and Velvet Jacket by Victor Costa - Size M women's sweater This vintage evening gown featuresOut of the glamorous 80s comes this very dramatic, eye catching jacket top by Victor Costa. The main part of the peplum jacket is black velvet that is embellished with gold appliqu trimming and colourful crystal beads. It is lined in black rayon satin and the striped satin sleeves are supported by large shoulder pads lined with an organza fabric. It does up the front with a long metal zipper. The Victorian influence shows in the exaggerated leg o
