This 2 hour lesson includes land based training prior to getting onto the water so you can understand the equipment, the wind and how you are to get on and manoeuvre your windsurfing kit! Then for the majority of the lesson, you will head to the safe, shallow waters of Whitley Lake at Poole Harbour to get to grips moving up and down
