It is an Italian wine from domain Lorenzo Accomasso in La Morra, Piedmont, where the terroir is rich in clay. The parcel used for this cuve covers half a hectare of vines planted in 1960. Work in the vineyard is traditional and by hand, and the grapes are vinified with little intervention. This means
